Contract Negotiation and Review
Contracts are the essential building blocks of many companies – it is vitally important to ensure that a robust contract fully represents the agreed upon commercial arrangement and that it underpins and offers you the maximum agreed protections. Many of the companies that we work with had been previously too reliant on external counsel or boiler-plate agreements which did not address key matters relevant to their company or suit how they operated.

Commercial negotiation is a large part of our services to current clients – we’re not here to just draft up a contract. Having an experienced, in-house lawyer as part of your team who understands your business and can give real-time advice on the relevant and non-relevant legal aspects of the negotiation is always well-received. These are key moments for any business and it’s important to have the right support,  when you need it as we are here to help you build relationships not score points.

There is no mis-alignment of incentives over legal costs and we always look to take a commercial view to get the best possible outcome.
